This 2 day "Awareness and understanding of the French Culture" workshop will help you towards a successful integration in France, in French and with the French.(minimum 5 people).

Facilitation means bringing the best out of a work group or workshop efficiently and effectively. A Facilitator helps a group arrive at a desired outcome with consensus among the participants feeling they have all contributed and who leave satisfied with the result, which can then be implemented. An experienced Facilitator helps a group manage a problem and develop a solution rapidly and together

Au Clair du Sud proposes a training course to help participants to become ‘Facilitators' and succeed in bringing out the best from a work group to move forward a discussion, a project, develop a concept, find a solution to a problem - unanimously.

The participants learn to recognize and use the dynamics and different motivations within a group. 

After such a training course the participants will be able to:

• Recognize and explain the strengths of a Facilitation process
• Stay impartial in their role of Facilitator
• Describe a typical group and know how to handle each character type
• Recognize the dynamics and motivation of a group
• Build consensus and deal with resistance
• Develop strategies to manage disruptive behaviour
• Overcome the ‘fear' of facilitation

At some time or another during our professional lives, we all need to give presentations, with a greater or lesser degree of formality. Whatever the goal of the presentation (sell, convince, gather support, introduce), it is essential to concentrate on the expectations of the audience.

A good presentation is a combination of knowing how to use the tools and accessories (computer, video projector, pointer, flipchart, handouts), voice delivery, keeping the attention and interest of the audience, time management, not reading notes, daring to ask questions; knowing how to answer and how to manage interruptions. Far from being innate these techniques can be learnt

"Six Sigma" is a statistical approach to improve and optimize the performance of your processes. This 5 day (Green Belt) course includes an introduction to the ‘Voice of Customer' to basic statistics, to the reliability of measurement systems, to hypothesis tests and to control charts.
