Prices for the French and Gastronomy and French and History courses are in euros per person and include 7 hours of theory and practise language sessions per day (5 days per week), transport to the practical sessions (local producers). In addition, the weekly prices include transfer to and from Montpellier airport or railway station, welcome 'apéritif' with information for the week and an evening barbeque mixing with the locals.

For French and Cooking, the price is 500 € and includes 7 hours of French theory and practice sessions for 5 days, with two of the days spent preparing for, and then cooking under the instruction of an acclaimed chef (all in French of course!) Also included in the price: transport to the Chef's kitchen, the other practical sessions (local producers) and transfers to and from Montpellier airport or railway station, welcome 'apéritif' with information for the week, an evening meal of your cooking mixing with the locals.

Booking conditions : A deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking, the balance of the language sessions is due 8 weeks prior to the start of your holiday. Accommodation to be paid directly to your hosts. Cancellations must be advised in writing. Our policy is to try to re-book your place following cancellation. If successful, your payment will be refunded (less any cancellation costs born by Au Clair du Sud). Au Clair du Sud reserves the right to retain all or part of the deposit / full payment. Please take out full holiday insurance including cover for accident and medical expenses, personal liability, loss of personal property, cancellations and costs. Au Clair du Sud reserves the right to cancel courses of less than 4 people, with full course refunds given.
